Giving Hope! Making a Difference
At Flavors of Hope we believe that it is our responsibility to contribute to our local community and our planet. re Kindle life is an outreach program established by the Flavors of Hope Corp to help bring hope to persons who are suffering from domestic violence, homelessness and abuse.

We believe that with your support we can make a difference in the life of someone and give them a chance to rekindle hope, rekindle passion, and rekindle faith. Working toward this goal through our re kindle life program, Flavors of Hope will contribute 10% of all sales from our re Kindle it proceeds to the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, Columbia, MD.

The Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center severs those in need.

They accomplishes this by:

1. Providing 24 hour crisis intervention services, including telephone hotline and free short-term walk-in counseling to anyone in crisis.

2. They also provide 24-hour resource to individuals and families in need. These are men, women and children who find themselves without a place to sleep. These are co-workers, schoolmates, friends and even family who may be contemplating suicide. These are members of the community who are experiencing a crisis and are seeking help, advice, and sometimes just a roof.

3. During the winter season, Grassroots partners with the faith community to provide Cold Weather Shelter. Grassroots operates the Day Resource Center to serve homeless individuals in the US Route 1 corridor. Grassroots has been serving Howard County for over 40 years.

4. They are the only general population homeless shelter for men, women, and families with Howard county.
